Strict hygiene and quality procedures are followed inside our production facilities. Highly qualified personnel controls physical, chemical and bacteriological parameters.

Each raw material and each final product is analyzed in accordance with its own specific profile and according to the effective law of the area of its usage. In order to insure the safety of our products, we implemented supplementary check-ups during the critical phases of our production process.

√    Raw Material

Our quality begins with the knowledge and experience of our contracted farmers & raw material suppliers from origins in China. We purchase vegetables from domestic growers and process them in joint venture factories in over 10 province of origin. Direct purchasing ensures that the integrity of our products is consistent and the finest quality available. Our buyers are dehydrated vegetable experts who work closely with our quality control staff, before and after the products arrive, to continually monitor our raw materials. We audit all contracted growers and processing partners yearly to assure they meet our GMP requirements.

√    Quality Control

All products are monitored through each stage of processing, from planting to final packaging. This allows us to maintain control and, more importantly, traceability to assure our customers of safe, consistent products.

Our integrated, modern dehydration, processing, and packaging facilities give us total control in providing the correct particle size for cut and powdered vegetables. Thorough inspection and cleaning during the screen filter insures that the finished product will meet our stringent specifications for quality and cleanliness. At each stage of production, our quality control staff inspects and approves each product before it is allowed to proceed to the next process.

√    Laboratory Analysis

Beside our own in-house laboratory, Newland also utilizes independent third party labs to guarantee our analyses are complete. Testing includes organoleptic analysis for aroma, color and flavor. Physical testing involves moisture, heavy metals, microbiology and other tests specific to each vegetable item.

Our professional staff continuously monitors product quality to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. Retained samples from all shipments are thoroughly tested and compared to our extensive reference library of dehydrated vegetables to verify authenticity. All lot samples are kept for over two years and can be traced for verification.

Newland undergo annual third party audits. These audits cover all aspects of our operations from quality and safety to social responsibility. We are ISO22000 certified, which includes meeting HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) requirements. All Newland Foods products are Kosher certified. which assures our customers that we meet high ethical standards as well as complying with all labor, safety and environmental laws.
